Exemption from obligations covers damage in accidents, i.e., in an incident, by sudden mechanical force from the outside; brake damage, operational damage, and pure damage due to breakage are not counted as damage in accidents. Therefore, the release from liability does not explicitly cover damage caused by improper handling and/or handling, for example, through the incorrect shifting of gears, pouring the wrong fuel, or due to loaded goods. If the tenant intentionally left the accident scene or breached the obligation under clause 14, the hirer is also fully liable unless the breach does not affect assessing the adverse incident.
In case of gross negligence and breach of contractual obligations, the tenant is responsible to the extent that the tenant is at fault. The tenant is also fully responsible for intentionally causing damage. If the damage is caused by gross negligence, the responsibility is proportional to the tenant's fault.
d.
